Shipping policy
Shipments to Canada:
All purchases CAD$50 and more (before tax) shipped within Canada are free of charge via Canada Post standard shipping (3-9 days after order fulfillment). Fulfillment time is 4 weeks after an order is placed. Please account for a total time of up to 11 days between when your order is placed and your delivery. All purchases below $50 (before tax) are subject to a flat rate of CAD$15 shipping charge.
Deliveries to remote regions may take an additional 3-5 days for your item to arrive.
For security, orders over $750 will be forwarded to a designated post office for pick up. If this occurs, you will receive an email and a “Delivery Notice Card” with further pick-up instructions.
Shipments to the U.S.:
All Purchases of USD$50 and more (before tax) shipped within the USA are free of charge via Canada Post/USPS or FedEx standard. All purchases below USD$50 (before tax) are subject to a flat rate USD$15 shipping charge.
Express shipping available and calculated at checkout.
Please allow approximately 8 to 15 business days for your item to arrive. When your order is ready to be shipped (a maximum fulfillment time of 4 weeks after your order is placed).
Shipments cannot be made to a post office (P.O.) box number.
When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws. Emblem is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.
Other international shipments:
All international purchases equivalent to USD$50 and more converted to the local currency are shipped free of charge via Canada Post/USPS or FedEx, standard shipping. All purchases below the equivalent of USD$50 (before tax) are subject to a flat rate the equivalent of USD$15 shipping charge.
There is no express shipping option available to international countries outside of Canada and the US.
