Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original and undamaged Emblem box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us using the form on our contact page. Describe briefly the reason for your return.
We may ask you for some further details to be able to qualify your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note Emblem only accepts returns. Should you wish to exchange a product, simply return the product back to us and re-purchase the correct item.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. In your message, please specify the reason behind your return, as well as the product style numbers of all items you wish to return. Once your request has been sent and the return is approved, Emblem will provide you with an online return merchandise authorization (RMA#) via email. Please include the RMA# with the package you are returning.
The return process will be completed if the merchandise is returned to Emblem within 14 days from the date your RMA# was issued. If a return request or returned merchandise falls outside of the 14-day time frame, we will not be able to accept the return.
Once your return has been received by our office you will be refunded the amount paid on your credit card, less original shipping costs.
Please note, you are responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with returning an order.
Items returned without an RMA# will also not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense. Emblem reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policies outlined above. Any returns that are not authorized will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Emblem is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Return conditions

Items must be in original unworn condition. All sales are final on merchandise that has been altered or modified.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product by our corporate office before a refund is authorized.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for their return postage. We strongly suggest using a tracked service and sending the tracking number.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us through our online contact form.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
